The Frederica Golf Club fitness center features Paramount Selectorized strength machines, functional trainers and free weights. The cardiovascular equipment features individual entertainment systems on the treadmills, bikes, and cross trainers. To complement the strength and cardio workouts, we offer yoga classes for all members and their guests.
