Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the country and is our most recent addition to the Frederica Golf Club amenities.

Members and their guests can compete on a brand new Pickleball court complex. Whether you have played racquet sports or not, Pickleball is great fun, easy to learn, and a great workout. We have a certified instructor available for lessons and equipment in stock for purchase.

Frank Solana, Director of Tennis/Pickleball

Frank has been coaching tennis for over 22 years. He has experience coaching all levels, including adults and juniors. He was formerly the Head Tennis Professional at Sea Island. His certifications include USPTA Elite, USTA High Performance Junior Development, and PPR Certified Coach. After receiving a tennis scholarship from Jefferson State, Frank traveled on the Professional Tour, competing in Mexico and the United States. In 2005, Frank achieved the #1 ranking in USTA Georgia and Southern Men's Open Divisions. In 2011, Frank won the 5.5 USTA National Championship. That same year, Frank had the opportunity to be the hitting partner of former world #1 Caroline Wozniacki. Contact Frank at franksolana@fredericaclub.com.
